My warrior seems to have some sort of problem, everytime i log on to him my client freezes after about 10-15 seconds. I have no issues with any of my other toons. Tried to use the move character tool, seemed to work at first i got about 2 or 3 minutes in the nexus then when i used my noobie item v1 i froze, now its feezing after 15 seconds again.

Is it just the EQ instance? or does your whole computer freeze?

What character? Did you try to get a CG/FG Tag a while back before I removed the option? Players with 2 guild tags got bugged and couldn't log in. Otherwise, I dunno.

Is this bug appear only on EZ server or any server ?

If it's on any, a friend got same problem at the beginning. In my memories to solve that he have to put an ini file in readonly (not sure witch ini file, maybe was eq.ini)

Its only the Eq client that freezes, no character is probably only a week or so old, no other tag besides one guild tag. Only seems to be this one character on this server. I can log on my other characters fine.

Seems strange that deleting characters and stuff would resolve the issue, but ok... Hopefully it last for ya

Sometimes UI files get corrupted.
I had an issue when I was resizing a chat window my eq client would crash. I had to delete caracter ui file to fix it.

Which brings me to a good point

Always keep a back up of your preffered UI set up. Either for a new character or "just in case"
