Pre-nerf pegasus cloak

Pegasus cloak's levitation clicky was Instant at the beginning in some 1999-2000, but later got it's 5sec cast time. Perhaps we could get this as reward from some newbie quest (as in circlet of shadows pre-nerf version) or purchase from noobie vendor for a hefty price?

Most of the zones where the spam-clicky-to-rise-higher would be abusable are no-levitation zones anyways. Primary fun is that it'd be easier to keep levi up without having to stop to cast. =p

It has a cast time to prevent you from levitate climbing into Hunter's window at night to steal his cat.

Yeah I had one of those, I'm pretty sure they nerfed it because my favorite thing to do was click everyone at the freeport bank, and this was before you could click-off buffs too, and I guess levitate made people sea sick lol
