I FIXED IT! thanks for all the help guys and your time, what i did was opened my eq directory and restored the previous version and deleted the old one and moved the new one into my directory, now for getting the new spell file with out F'ing it up again... thanks again guys

Thanks Glup appreciate the explaining.Helps to know/learn more and have less problems.

I have built PCs,reformat,disc cleanup,defrag,run cmd.exe,%temp%,dxdiag,msconfig ,etc and learned over the years but have never messed with these problems so wasnt sure about it.
