Dulak/PoFire XP reduction?

So I was browsing around, and was surprised no one has ever mentioned anything about this yet on the forums. Dulak went from giving a yellow a kill at level 35 to a blue a kill over the last few days, and I was just wondering if that was intentional or if its just a bug? So many people have also complained about this in game, which is why I was so surprised to see nothing here.

It also seems to have affected PoFire as well, but I haven't tested this for sure. It definitely felt A LOT slower going from 60-70 here.

Anyways, any ideas on this?

yeah they reduced the xp bonus from the looks of it man

Also started to see a decrease i think 4 or 5 days ago, takes 2-2.5x longer to get an aa it seems.

Confirm lvln in pofire is not what it use to be. RoA is a royal pain now. Pretty sure it's not a bug. With the release of T5 and class balancing some numbers may have been revereted back to default and not modified. But only Hunter, Secrets or Basher would be able to confirm.
