So i deleted my old spell file and downloaded the new spell file but when i log into PoD it still tells me download the new files

The red text about the spell file is simply a reminder. Its not checking your files to tell you yours are wrong or out of date. If you grabbed the spellfile from the site and unzipped it into your EQ folder you should be fine.

But im still getting buffed by unknown spells and seeing augs with unknown spells etc...
