So far the Stone Monster (Halloween T4 Boss) has been downed 15 times during this Halloween Weekend. He drops a clickie familiar pet with 25k hp buff. We'll, I just added Stone Wall, Spell Mitigation, and Reflect Spells onto this buff by 15% each.
