So I've so far leveled up my first toon to 70 (Mage), he has his 3.0 and some qvic gear, etc.
Whats the easiest way to do RoA? I want to level up a warrior and a healer to round out my team and I would like to do RoA a bunch for the warrior. Is the fastest way just equipping him with Dulak stuff, hitting some DS and a druid 3.0 click and going to somewhere like City of Mist and making a train?

Druid 3.0, Shaman 3.0 and DS are the fastest way to go from 1 - 47.
City of Mist is probably the best available zone for massive trains if you find it up and unoccupied. That's a rarity. You will want to look for alternative zones when CoM is crowded.
Once you're 47, you group up with your fastest killing lvl 70 and he/she levels you the rest of the way. PoFire is the best zone for this, again if you find it with a low population. You'll want alternatives in cases it's denuded of spawn or it's crashing constantly.

Extended tips....
get your druid/shaman the illusion fire elemental and cast that on your ROA character. it adds 18 points to your DS.
Get your druid level 1 oracle to make his regen 6k per tick.
Mage works best for PoFire i have found as they dont AE (which aggroes bosses). Pet with illusion werewolf also stacks with mage epic 2.5 and other mage buffs it seems. Plus you wont crash the zone ever 5 mins trying to AE pull 6 min spawns.

PoTime, even with lots of people the trash is always up and there is alot of it. Just dont go training people and kill them, and i would imagine they wouldn't mind you clearing the trash. Course depending on the people is whether or not they will let you train around mobs. Some (like me) dont mind. Some do.

All potime mobs enrage, I wouldn't recommend that place. Another semi-decent place would be BOT when its empty. Other than that, you just have to experiment. You can try the other planes as well.

For anyone who's played To See Beyond RO, (private RO server) we should make a zone like the Gold Room. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zF4pKivLbBc for a small video clip used in a guide for a specific build

instead of eating out every few days or buying a new game every pay check, just drop that 50 onto a ring. 4 checks later you got your ring? Pretty amazing how much money is spent on things you didnt know about.
