Something changed for my Pals yesterday.  I don't know if it was huge lag (pings were fine as was DL speed), but ....

  Dokk, 4.5 PAL with full T-4 + a few T5 armor pieces, full buffs was suddenly dying to 15 or so QVIC mobs.

My son decided to play EZ so I ran two of his chars through to 3.0 three days ago.  All went well.  Yesterday he decided to add a monk so we started the run again.  This time when pulling the two from the cave I got whacked by the trash.  Chalking it up to a lag burst ... I came back and pulled them again... grabbing Averix (sp) as well as the trash and two bosses.  same result.  Bam!  Dead pally and dead war (also full T-4+) at camp.

Scrolling back I saw ...

  Dokk heals you for 6775.
  Dokk heals you for 3700 (ish)
  Dokk performs a Critical Heal for 67785 (ish)

I normally expect to see 37,000 (ish) and 67,000 (ish... on crit heals).  I don't expect to see the 6K and 3K heals.  I appears to me that something changed in the heal calcs.   

Anyone else seeing this as a problem ... or is this the norm and I have just been missing it by running 3 PALs in T5?

Did you have charm equipped? Did you have Focus of Healing on? Did you have any healing debuffs on you? Is it possible that you have it filtering out normal heals on one client but only showing crits on another? (i.e.: my 'main' window is my SK, so he can see everything. my other 5 have minimized settings).

Hunter doesn't ninja-nerf spells. Changing spells requires a server restart and a new spell file. Otherwise it causes major issues (spells not working, odd lag, and/or client crashes).

UC equipped.  Focus of healing on board.  I had Malo on me... one other possibly (disease dot IIRC?)  Even with a healing debuff... should that have dropped healing proc from 67K to 6K?

IIRC one of Hexxt Jkak Miq's arrow effects reduces healing.

Also there is a mob in Qvic if you keep him on you to long he hits for 500k just a fyi... He has one shot me any times

I don't generally watch the pally spam but I have noticed low heal numbers there on occasion.  T4/T5 geared UC'd 4.5 pallys (2 different ones) as well as on the 4.0 UC'd pally.

Sometimes ArrEnGee gives you craptastic rolls back to back instead of one at a time.

Pretty sure there is a MAX proc limit of 4 procs per swing. So the less buff procs the better chance you will have with heal procs.

Example...

4.0 Pally
3x FS5
Kraken
Self buff proc
Heals will suffer-- as you can hit max proc limit very easily

4.0 Pally
3x FS5
No Kraken
No Buff
Heals won't suffer -- as you won't have to worry about the proc limit

Dokk heals you for 3700 (ish)

Means you were down 3700 (ish) HP ... thus it only healed you for that amount. If you understand what I am saying...




Example
I have max 500,000 HP
I take 10,000 damage
I proc a heal for 37,000 - Non crit
Text will say ...
Paldail heals you for 10,000 -- as I am only missing 10,000 life



-- Only crit heals will say Exceptional heal (67,000) or whatever it is

Thanks for all the input.  Very helpful. 

I had no idea there was a 500k hitter in there... and certainly didn't consider the proc limit being consumed by my FS's....   I didn't have Kraken on board but did have Feline Avatar from pet buffs.

At the end of the day.. it may well have been lag since I was back in there today to finish up his monk and never dropped below 50%.  /shrug

Do we know the priority order of procs? I never knew about the limit. As an sk with 4.0 and 3 FS5 , im wondering if I need to click off kraken and self buff proc so they dont override the augs and 4.0 proc
