Just wondering where should my group be before attempting T3 bosses? I'm comfortably taking down HoH mobs. I'm missing T2 legs on 3 members of my group. I have a 4.0 necro. I was thinking of getting 3.5's for everyone else and then trying but wasn't sure if I needed to do anything like focus on UC first or 4.0 everyone before trying.

If you're comfortable taking down shadow, I'd say you're good to go with T3 bosses. The only difference is T3's and T4's spawn adds during the fight, and I suggest you kill off the adds as you go, otherwise you'll be overwhelmed.

T3 bosses also have aoes most of which do negligible damage, though one of them is a really nasty aoe DoT that ticks for like 25k., which combined with a knockback and aoe root could leave your paladin/cleric stuck out of melee range and result in your group dying. Be ready with dispels and radiant cure.

It would be slow going, but 4.0 necro pet should be able to solo t3, or maybe with a little vivi healing.
