A few people have requested that a Noobie Package be added to the EZ_Rewards NPC for new characters.

I've created this package for 50 credits and it currently contains:

Instant Level 70
Bag of the Tinkers x2
Qvic Armor
Epic 3.0 Flag (Qvic Task Completed)
Epic 3.0 Weapon x1
Noobie Item v2
250k Platinum
1,500 AA Points
Set all skill points to 25

You should add the FG or CG flag for 15 credits, both for 25 credits.  Not overly priced, and would generate more cash.  Keep it out of the noob_package_001.
