Ultimate Weapons increased a lot of stats and added lots of mana/edur regent too.
Roots, Blinds, Snares, and Engulfing Snares had a -1000 resist check and now I made it -250 resist check so with enough gear you should be able to resist. Hopefully this will be a reasonable compromise for level 60 pvp.
Not sure what a LDoN players resist are if they are maxed out yet or not.
Will continue to tweak for balance and fun. And yes I realize pvp will never be 'balanced' but I would like to make some classes useful.
