Ok, quick run down!

UW Effects
Ultimate Greatstaff
  • Clicky rune with melee damage mod, sympathetic proc, and mana regen
  • Strongest proc
Ultimate Long Sword
  • Clicky is PBAOE
  • Second highest proc
Ultimate Mace
  • Click rune (6sec CD)
  • Lower(est?) proc with attached self heal
Ultimate Dagger
  • Click is +10% physical damage dealt to target
  • Passive is multiple crit bonuses
  • Lower proc
Ultimate Longbow
  • Click is high damage nuke with short cast
  • Medium proc

Worn Effect for ALL Ultimate Weapons: 100% chance on NON-trivial kill to restore 20k mana AND 5% hp (up to 200k). Meaning if you kill, you get hp/mana from it. Keep killing.
