Updated Spell File to 04-16-13
Enchanter (mez) spell Wake of Felicity renamed to Improved Wake of Felicity.
Improved Wake of Felicity updated:
0.8 Cast Time (Previously 4.0)
1.0 Recovery Time (Previously 2.25)
3.5 Recast Time (Previously 6.0)
50 AoE Range (Previously 25)
Works on mobs up to level 99.
Changed the priority order of spells in ToFS mobs so they won't cast rain or AoE first all the time. Now its more random with other spells they have. Hopefully this will help to not get 1-rounded when aggro'ing a group.
