When creating new characters is there a command to load a UI layout of a main character so I do not have to mess with moving everything around on a new toon?

yes, go into the root folder and find the file with your main toons name "UI_Fliker_EZ (Linux) x4 Exp.ini" make a copy of it and go else where to make changes then change the name "UI_Main_EZ.ini" you must remove the "(Linux) x4 Exp" from the name or it won't work then put it in the root with the others (not in the ui folder)

once done use the copy layout (in options) from in-game on other toons it will lag for 5 or so seconds when changing
