I can confirm this, pet's don't seem to keep buffs when traveling from zone to zone. If I put my pet proc spell on in nexus then zone to fight, he doesn't proc at all. If recast it in the zone I'm fighting in, it works fine. I suspect all other pet buffs are the same (my pet FEELS like it attacks slower if I cast pet haste in nexus, ect.)
