Source download and compile went well:

Now finishing up the rest.
Downloading updated maps, just in case we're missing anything.
Then add rest, like custom quest.
Last will have to source sql updates to make the database compatible with the new source.
Combat may feel different, and there could be other unexpected stuff. Just keep me posted when the server comes up, and we'll hopefully work it out over the next few days.
