I wish Hunter would take away the ability to spawn the BU in public. Would really help with the lag.

nah, just make it 2-3 zones that you can spawn BU in

Whether it's 1 2 or 10 zones when people spawn them in public loads of people will show up. It will lock down the zone. Spreading it over zones will not make people not go to those zones, it will just make them go to each one.

spawn rate on all the bosses (from killing trash + turning in candy) seems really, really low, similar to rate at start last year

I agree on the spawn rate, seems really low today but who knows...could just be bad RNG.  I know I'm not seeing many emotes for SM/IG and server population is pretty high.

I made the Black Unicorn now require 250 candies instead of 1000 candies.

The Halloween T2 Bosses now have 1/4 chance instead of 1/10 chance.

I think T3-T5 are each 1/4 chance.

So a Stone Monster has a 1/4 chance to spawn off killing Cazic Thule. If you get it, consider yourself lucky to win the 1/4 chance, or unlucky if you miss looting Cazic Thule. Either way, there is chance for good and bad. Its Halloween Event. Even the Trick or Treat NPC can give you a trick once in a while, and they are in 2 different zones.

That was from last year's Halloween thread after people pointed out bad spawn rates, was that carried over to this year or are we still at the rate we initially started with last year?  Just asking because I've been logging kills and am running right around 1 CT per 9 T2 mobs.  Also, what is the rate set at for Cazic from candy hand ins?  I know today Karbuk handed in over 800 without a spawn and I handed in 1311 tonight before I got a CT, handed in another 300+ after that and didn't see a second one.

I got 2 CT around 350 candies.

Around 1 CT Every 20-30 T2's on my end.

I've seen about 7 CT's and gotten 1 SM.

I've seen about 25 rank 1's and 15 rank 2's

So on average it's around 4-5 hours before I see one CT on pulls / pops.

Ya, 844 candy so far without a CT. I'd chalk it up to bad RNG, but seems a lot of us are seeing these numbers.

I havent kept track of T1/T2 bosses, but ive only managed around 7 CT and 1 Stone Monster, in 19 hours playtime. 14 hours of that was straight play on Friday, the other time was from last night.

I think I may go destroy Anguish and finish my crew for T7 instead
