This may be random... but hey it's just a suggestion.

How about an item or effect that gives GM Run Speed for a short time?

Thinking back to all those times I had to run from one end of South Karana to the other, I'd love to do it just once at super high speed. What a rush that would be. (simple pleasures).

Cheers.

that kind of speed WOULD be cool if it could be coded into a spell that gave you like a 2 second burst with a 30 second recast for folks that like to pull to their groups (pod / hoh).  Perhaps Ranger only?

Sorry, didn't realize there was a difference.

Just get the drums/bridles from MoW, those are GM speed, although I rarely use it.

are you sure?
I have the drums from MoW, they seem kinda slow. maybe its because of the acceleration though.

Ive had a problem with my runspeed across all my chars since I started here, they dont run very fast and randomly slow down/speed up.  Even whe i click my t2 boots it barely makes a difference.

My bard has all the speed AA's.

I notice that if I use a raid buff bot, I get average sow speed. But once those buffs wear out, I use the CG pet to buff me, I get super bard speed.

There are bugs in the buffs apparently. I don't care enough to research it at this point. I just know to use the pet buffs if I want speed.
