Updates 01-17-14

Items:

Crystalline Destroyer had another aug slot added to it (as it is a 2h) and damage increased.
Crystalline Marauding Axe and Crystalline Heartstinger are now ranger friendly!
Crystalline Beating Stick had damage increased.

Beastlord:

Vicious Ice IV had mana cost increased.

Druid:

Rain of Frogs IV saw mana cost increase.
Harbinger of the Sun IV saw a mana cost increase.
Chaotic Frost IV saw a mana cost increase.

Magician:

Taelosian Victory now has 1 damage field instead of 2. (i.e. 100k vs 50k 50k)
Taelosian Victory II saw huge damage bonus (260k base dmg).
Shylo's Bolt of Doom II is now 160k base dmg.

Necromancer:

Unholy Shackles IV had mana cost increased.
Kiss of Corath I/II/III had max value removed (potentially increasing the damage maximum).
Kiss of Corath I/II saw a 50% damage increase.
Kiss of Corath III saw a 66% damage increase.
Incisor of the Unholy II had damage increased from 15-20k to 25-32k.
Incisor of the Unholy III had damage increased to 36-50k.
Insinuations of Mori I/II/III saw a 20% minimum and 30% maximum damage increase (X-Y).
Hungering Pyre I/II saw 15% minimum and 50% maximum damage increase.
Hungering Pyre III saw a HUGE increase (forgot to adjust original value when added and scaled up appropriately).
Call of the Lifeless saw DoT spell damage increase to 50% (was 5%).
Wicked Apparition saw DoT spell damage increase to 100% (was 10%).
Avatar of Undeath saw DoT spell damage increase to 150% (was 25%).

Ranger:

Fistful of Arrows I had max val removed (increasing damage potential).
Fistful of Arrows II is now 12-18k.
Fistful of Arrows III is now 50-75k.
Fistful of Arrows IV is now 80-120k.

Shadow Knight:

Legend of Crab Harmtouch is now Legend of Crab Lifetap. No more confusing a megaton spell with a lifetap.
L.o.C Lifetap II saw a minor increase (7.5k to 9k).

Shaman:

Baited Breath III saw a mana cost increase.
Snake's Kiss III saw a mana cost increase.

Wizard:

Yamakagi now properly consumes most the list mana value. (Yes, that one rank will actually cost around 84k mana now).
Yamakagi has a 2% chance to proc "Passion" (40sec DoT equal to 50% of that Yamakagi's damage per tick).
Some damage reduction on Yamakagi II/III/IV.

EDIT: SOME OF THESE CHANGES APPLY TO T9 (IN DEV) SPELLS. I KNOW, SHUDDAP, THEY ARE NOT DROPPABLE YET! ...damn it! *shakefist*
