Will magelo only show up level 70 toons? Or am I missing something needing to be done to activate it?

I was trying to review my toons Alhbie and Amahna on it and it returns with the 'no toons in the dBase' message.

i have an autoupdater that can run on windows servers if you need. no cron for linux tho
