Is there a level requirement on this? I have level 3 of all the spells and death 1 and death 2 and I am not able to turn in the blood token. The gnome just keeps telling me to come back later.

Hate awesome work on this. Thank you for clarifying the quest. 

I really like the idea of a recourse effect to this spell.  The necro cast death on mobs and it they increases the raid DPS in some way. Maybe we can kill two birds with one stone. The recourse could boosts ice and fire damage for the raid, much in the way that VT increases magic based damage. This will bring back the missing DPS from the Fixing of VT.

I promise you every single person would roll a necro.

What do you say? Grin

Elemental Acapella (heroic resist + magic dmg rune bard song)
Tempest Blade (dmg proc bard song)
Bard could twist more, but I don't think any of their other songs really do anything useful at the moment.
