Its up, its just not on the preferred list.
But umm... i logged in 6 toons and none have any of my hotkeys and the UI is set up like i just made a level one for the first time.. Time to do some BCCMD from memory.. ugh

It's back up and fine, Windows is just stupid.
Once the dust settles regular reboots should be working fine.
