I noticed yesterday when I logged in that nothing would spawn.. after a ton of kills. So I repoped. The problem I noticed when repoping is that all my toons ld. I went into gi today repop.. ld. raid instance, same thing. I can do the crash on request.
This is an issue with timers. I'll look in to adjusting the way repop works to fix this in T9 and future zones.
