Happened today at 7:08pm est. Logged in Sporty who was previously in an expired instance. Continuously ported over and over and over in a loop from ToV to Nexus (would never appear in Nexus).

Did you use the character mover? This bug is fixed in the next patch

You can also create an instance somewhere and port there.

There was no time to do anything. It wasn't like a 2 or 3 sec delay. It was literally Zone, Load in, ZONE, Load in, ZONE.

I logged into a expired ToFS raid instance and the NPC's were from old commons and when I tried to move to my toons from raid instance to guild instance it said You don't have a Old Commons Guild Instance even though I was still in ToFS LVL VI where I had camped. I gated to nexus zone back made new guild instance and all was fine.

The issue regarding zone loops and all is an issue I narrowed down about a week and a half ago, I just need to stage the server upgrade again. I plan on making this happen soon, stay tuned.
