Since Diablo seems shy about spawning anything besides CT during the evenings, just wanted to point out a few things that will make getting MOF pets a bit easier for the masses.
1. ) Candy is tradeable. Any candy gained from boss kills is tradable, swap it to a toon that needs a mistress pet, and handing in candy (one at a time) to snow nose (next to undead sporali at zone in) seems to have about a 25% chance of giving you a halloween token.
2. ) Graveyard keeper on the east side of the map will give a toon 3 credits for every lantern, pick, or shovel you give him. These are lore, so do this often for toons that need MOF pets.
3. ) Why tokens? Can simply buy a Mistress of Flame Pet from Undead Sporali at zone in for 100 tokens. Since we arent currently able to get pets to drop whole, the next best thing is to grind up 100 tokens over the course of the event.
4. ) Since your tank is only looking for an Insane Goblin pet, he can use his excess tokens at Undead Sporali.. to acquire candy, to give to a toon needing pet, to give to snow nose.. etc.. you get the idea now.
