CG pet and necro

What's the best way to heal CG pet? It doesn't like my pet heal because shroomie is not undead. Just book him every 2mins?

Why are you using your CG pet in the first place? CG pets are for Bards, Druids and Shammies, not a class whose pet is 10x better. For you're info 2.0 and above > CG pet. I would even go as far as to say 1.5 pet is better because of pet heal and your ability to heal your pet.

I agree with Soakked. As a necro the CG pet isn't very useful for you.

Also I'm not 100% sure but anyone else who knows can comment on this. I think you can hail any pet you have and get buffs and give it swords that add 10k each. I know this doesn't work for the enchanter tank pets atm unless this has been changed. Anyway, the swords should improve your necro pet alot.

Yes you can hail any pet to get buffs and swords.

Not entirely correct. I got my bst into the fighters guild but could not hail him for the swords. Found out I had to be a member of the casters guild for that to work.

But Xiggie we were talking about CG pets, my response was in the context of the thread not a general statement. But I can see how it could be taken as a general statement, and in that case you are totally right, only when you get CG flagged can you hail any of your pets and get buffs and swords.

Fighter's Guild = pet buffs only

Caster's Guild = buffs and Fireswords

btw only 1 Firesword counts for the stats, so it's +10k, not 20. Not sure why this is but you can see for yourself, give it 1 sword, no change in hps, give it the 2nd sword, hps drops.

The CG pet with Firesword(s) is about 27k hps.

Yeah, I figured someone coming along might take it wrong and get that as long as you are a member of any one of the fg/cg you can get both buffs and swords. I for one had no idea you had to be a member of the cg to get the swords, otherwise I would not have even bothered putting my bst into fg.
