Seeing as I am a new player, I figure I would post this up before I fill the actual bug email with more spam. When I log into SFG as a level 1, my HP shows 17%. When I put on my epic, I go unconscious because my health dips below a certain threshold. I cannot heal myself past 31/175 hp, so the issue continues. I re downloaded the client to make sure it wasnt an issue, re downloaded all files and inserted them properly. It happens across all of my boxes. Any ideas would be great.

Take 2: When I get buffs from the buff bot, my HP goes to 100%. When I take damage my HP doesnt reflect any loss.

Take 3: Found my old 70 cleric. /say hp = 12854, but the UI shows 6904, and I cant go above 70% hp.

Is this with stock UI? Have you noticed any odd debuffs showing up, or unknown spells as buffs/debuffs? It reads like an issue with the custom server files, are you sure they are installed in the correct folder? If copy/pasted to the default installation folder (everquest_rof2), it should ask to Overwrite or Ignore a large number of files, is that happening?

Maybe try the files from ingame?  You would say #files and should pop up.  Not sure but alot of times it's updating spell files.  Or maybe you installed in the wrong place?

/say #files wont work in game for me. When I do /say hp, it shows the correct HP, and the yellow text shows my HP correctly. I would play with the issue, but when I get hit, I instantly go unconscious because it drops me below 20% or w.e the threshold is even though Im not really that low. I have had a similar problem before on another private EQ server, and it was something to do with the download files. I dont know how to verify if I have the right ones though. I used the links, I followed the directions, and I replaced the files it said I should replace.

Spells show up correctly, buffs look like buffs and debuffs work correctly as well.

This is my HP in the nexus with no buffs, but in reality I am full HP.

I am using ROF. I downloaded a copy, thought it might be corrupt so I deleted it all and re downloaded. Same issue with both downloads.

Did you extract and replace the files in your eq folder with the ones you downloaded?

Simple thing but i'm seeing it more and more lately on the server.

Yes, I downloaded them and extracted/replaced the old ones that came with the ROF2 download.

I scoured the emu forums for another ROF2 link, and I downloaded it and it fixed the issue. Not sure why I couldnt get the hash to pass on the EZ link, but it seems to have resolved the issue. I should have checked that sooner. Thanks for the TS help everyone!
