I levelled up a Shaman to 25 with the thought that I could make some skinspikes and other potions just to make the lower levels of RoA runs a little quicker.  But the vendors that hold the key component for the lower level pots (1 to 6) are not in the game.

I really don't know exactly where we are on the timeline and don't remember if these potions were even available at this point (and other similar lines of potions), though I thought they were there more or less with the I through X line of alacrity, healing, etc., which ARE sold on vendors.   

Can anyone give me a clue as to what recipes might be in the game and if the relevant vendors are supposed to be here?   Thanks.

Probably not much interest in this, but I got my answer - the skinspikes recipes at least are not in the game.  I was able to get the components for skinskipikes IV and got a did not combine.  Also figured out that the old Kilva's flesh recipes are still in, so evidently we are sometime before that change occurred.
