Starting Newbie Package

This might be a stupid question but I am new to this server. I have searched the forums but could not find any information on this question.

I was wondering if you offer any way to get a starter newbie package that contains armor, weapons etc for a new charater?

I do not mind starting with nothing but it would be nice to have a few items to get a head start.

I guess closest thing to a newb package new players get would be the newbie charm. with that regen you can kill almost anything in sfg and the 1-10 zone, which drops newb armor. also check epic vendor, awesome weps specific for ur class, for free.

I always wonder this when i start a new server.

1. go to epic vendor and buy your epic 1.0. If you can DW it, feel free to buy two.

2. go to noobie vendor and buy
a. magic box
b. backpacks
c. ammo/bow if youre of proper class
d. (if you want) buy the all/all appearance armor so you dont look naked.

3. Run left by the practice dummy and talk to the trainer and learn all your spells (if you're of proper class)

4. go to your class trainer and put 1 skill point in yuor combat skills so they level up properly. Dont forget to come back when you're of level for a new one.

5. talk to the gnome and go to field of bone for your first two quests. loot everything.. every custom zone drops class specific set armor for your level.

You get your epic at level 1.

You get a newbie charm that has better regen than a fungi tunic.

You get all your spells memmed for you.

You get swimming maxed and a few other skills.

You get to hail an NPC and get unlimited buffs.

You get an instant clicky invis item from the first quest (very easy).

You get custom gear dropped by trivial to solo mobs from the very start.

Regents/food/bags are all free on the newbie merchant.

That's your starter kit. For me it was just the right amount of goodies balanced with a small amount of challenge up to lvl 70.

My advice would be pay attention to the messages that pop up when you zone into any custom zone. Hail NPCs in Surefall Glade for information

Check the guides section... watch the videos too.. you get a TON of starting stuff free, and level 60 armor drops in the 10-20 zone... (and 70+ drops in the 35-50 zone) about the only thing you might need to buy is if you're a monk, a couple of Fabled KD, they are 3k each, or 6k each or something I forget.. either way that should be easy to make by level 40 if you just do the levelling quests..
