So, I just got my enc 3.0'ed... used it on my monk, and I dont see any difference in how fast my attack scroll..  Is it so minimal that I shouldn't or am I thinking it's something it's not?  or is it not working currently?

Well curator the attack speed is only a 10 or 15% difference so if your swings are already less then 1 second a .10 second decrease will not even be a significant amount to notice what is going on lol. Just a thought, could be wrong.
