E-Mail me Hunter, I have a fix for Waypoint credit eating, but it will require me digging through alot of scripts to do it because it's a globalization thing. Right now it's globalized but that's also the issue. Perl doesn't reload after you boot another dynamic zone, thus throwing the variables off for globals to be written to the database or sometimes, to even be read. If you want to move forward with this at all just let me know.
To reiterate this, when a zone calls for a script with the same name of an NPC, like in this case, it bugs cross zone communication and ends up loading each others scripts. But, when the script is the same, it is not quite as noticeable, but can still cause issues.
