One of the reasons there were never any specific Tacvi rules:
Its planned to do this for other zones, maybe qvic and tacvi. Definately putting them into Magic Box soon. Also, Tacvi might move to Anguish, but that is a ways off. Enjoy fast suits of Tacvi while it last, cause soon it'll be a regular raid zone with trash, bosses, named, random spawns, raid ring events, etc.
Thats from ages ago though. Its probably still buried somewhere on one of Hunter's to do list.
