Well said Xiggie - a reclarifcation of that rule would be helpful. Without it we're left a set of rules that suggest the zone is no different from any other.

I dunno - maybe that's the point and we all missed it? With our ability to create private instances maybe the tacvi rule isn't as relevant as it was?
