I looked on gamparse for shits and giggles and somehow it is showing healing now whereas it didn't before. 2hs does in fact heal for more. Heals per second calculated to be 5598 with 2hs. 1hs was calculated at 5162. That is a difference of 436 heals per second. That is about an 8% increase.
