2.5 now have 500 hp regen also, that's great for people trying to break into qvic/etc.
Can you look into why the raid buffbot (FG) says "spell does not take hold"? I get spammed with this, even though the buffs do take hold.

Spell does not take hold is probably a group buff that affected the NPC and it's trying to get same buff twice. I noticed that long time ago too.
Yes, 2.5's should help with qvic.

On all my toons I get 1 "did not take hold" when I use the buff bot. I've noticed some people seem to get Ferine Avatar when I don't and assumed that might be it.

this update makes more sense now that 2h epics get twice the regeneration versus their 1h counterparts.
now could you please address the ranger epic regen since they get a third slot with the bow? perhaps 250 on each 1h and 500 on bow or maybe 300 on each 1h and 400 on the bow.

If I remember right Kronos hits for like 30k.
So it's a joke. The idea of 3k per 6 second tick against a mob that hits 30k.
