Step by step for HoH flag (?) and PoD noob questions.

I've done a bunch of searching here, but I cannot seem to find a step by step guide on how to get flagged for HoH...and eventually get my 3.5 Epic.
I know you need a breastplate from PoD, but I am unsure on who drops it.

Also, I am unsure about the entire PoD zone.
I think I have this right - kill trash dragons to spawn mini-bosses, kill those guys, get drops, etc.
What do those drops provide and who are they turned in to?

I also see the Tiki idol looking guys there. I believe they are used for a turn-in/spawn combo, but I am unsure of what to turn-in, where to get it, or why I am doing the turn-in in the first place.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Grin

I thought there was a post here somewhere, but I can give the info:

Short Answer:
Tier 2 chest piece is the flag to get into HoH and it drops from Kronos.

Long Answer:
When you're in PoD, you kill dragons for a chance to spawn chests (2 kinds) and mini-bosses. The ornate chests and mini-bosses will drop crystals, which you turn in to specific Tikis for random bosses. Since it sounds like you just arrived in PoD, you should know that one side is Tier 1 and the other is Tier 2. You'll have to upgrade your Tacvi breastplate to T1 before you can upgrade it to T2.

Tacvi = Qvic armor + Tacvi mold
T1 = Tacvi armor + multiclass ore + T1 mold
T2 = T1 armor + class ore + T2 mold (either class specific or dragon class)

There are lots of other details, but that should get you started. The rest of the info can be found in other threads (rot bot, augments, who drops what, etc.)
